Islanders 3, Red Wings 2,after two periods... Islanders are trying to ugly up game,basically frustrate Red Wings,and play defense,and rely on their goaltender,to win game.. both teams scored in final seconds,of first two periods(Islanders,19:57,of the first period,and Red Wings,19:51,of the second period)... Johan Franzen scored in first period,to make it,1-0,then Islanders used three face-off wins(including Lidstrom's own goal,when he tried to knock puck past right goalpost,but missed,and just slapped puck,into net),in first period,and second period,to score all three goals,then Valtteri Filppula scored with nine seconds left,in second period...
