Raffi Torres,of the Phoenix Coyotes,has been suspended 21 games,for his launching hit on Marian Hossa,of the Chicago Blackhawks,during their second round Stanley Cup playoff series,by NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman... Torres won his appeal of reducing a 25 game suspension,by Brendan Shanahan,and was reduced to 21 games,by Bettman... he has served 13 games,of that suspension,during the Stanley Cup playoffs,and will miss first eight games of the 2012-2013 season...
