the NHLPA alleges that laws in Alberta,and Quebec prohibit a team lockout of the Calgary Flames,Edmonton Oilers,and Montreal Canadiens... one question for NHLPA:what happened in 2004-2005,when NHL scrapped the season???
my opinion:the players' union is getting desperate,in stopping the NHL,from locking the players out,on September 15th...
