Gordon "Duke" Keats,who only played 30 games,and played a total of 82 games,in NHL,scored 12 goals,three game-winning goals,and coached team for final 12 games,in 1926-1927; was traded to Blackhawks in 1927-1928,after being suspended indefinitely,for swinging stick toward the fans,in a Chicago-Detroit game,and almost hitting the Blackhawks' owner's wife,actress Irene Castle(owner was Major Frederic McLaughlin)... Keats was elected to Hockey Hall of Fame in 1958,mostly for his total career,before the NHL was formed...
