game score,and commentary...

Red Wings 2,Blue Jackets 0... Joey MacDonald, recalled from Grand Rapids today, shut out Columbus, and Red Wings scored 33 seconds into game, and Red Wings' defense played very, very good, and MacDonald was spectacular,in goal... Red Wings kept Blue Jackets off balance, and Blue Jackets did not have an acceptable power play all night... it fact,it was pathetic, including a horrid 5 on 3(two-man) advantage,on the Red Wings, late in game, and did not get a sniff of a goal,or even a legitimate shot at one,in over forty seconds,of two-man advantage... Red Wings made the two early first period goals,by Drew Miller, and Valtteri Filppula(on a power play),stand up,and Joey MacDonald was a stone wall,in putting Blue Jackets probably out of the playoff hunt, because they may have run the table to make the playoffs, and the way they played really sucked, because Red Wings refused to give an inch, and allow the Blue Jackets,to clog up the crease,in front of MacDonald, and the shots that they did get were long range, and at an angle, which is low risk, and that happened all throughout the game, which is Detroit's strong suit on defense... Brian Ralfalski suffered leg/knee injury, late in third period, which is one drawback,in game, but Red Wings fought through that, and won game... update on injury later on tonight,hopefully...
