transfer of NHL ownership requires a seventy-five percent of the owners,of teams of the NHL... relocation of franchise requires only a majority of owner votes... basically a formality... the new owners of the Thrashers will meet June 7th,with NHL executive committee,which consists of ten ownership groups,and June 21st,there will be two votes that day,and they have started to sell tickets,in Winnipeg... i have seen a season ticket listing of seating,ranging from $5,800,per seat,to nosebleed seats of about $1,800,for 45 games... whether that is what it will cost,it will be expensive,no doubt...
