NHLPA executive board given the right,by players,to become a trade association(disband the union),and give players the right to file antitrust lawsuits,against the NHL,if they want to want to do it... my opinion:circus goes on,and it is likely there will not be a 2013 season... way to go,NHL,AND NHLPA,or whatever they call themselves... "pox on both your houses"...
