on November 10,1963,Gordie Howe broke Maurice "Rocket" Richard's career goal-scoring record,by scoring his 545th goal(of 802),against Richard's former team,the Montreal Canadiens,and goaltender Charlie Hodge... the goal scoring record was broken,by Wayne Gretzky,late in the 1993-1994 season,with the Los Angeles Kings...
