when Vancouver Canucks' Manny Malhotra got hit in face,by puck,against Colorado,and had two operations on left eye,a old teammate helped him through the process of dealing with problems,and doubts of coming back... Bryan Berard got hit by a accidental high-stick,by Marian Hossa,in Ottawa,while playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs,IN 2000,slicing his right eye wide open(a stomach-churning event that i did see on television)...
