Patrick Eaves re-signs with Red Wings,for one year... also Mike Modano,best American-born scorer,in NHL history,has said that,"it is the Red Wings,or retirement."... Modano played for Dallas Stars/Minnesota North Stars,all his career,was released by Dallas,earlier this month... Modano was born in,or around,Detroit,so he may want to end career,as a Red Wings player... personally,i hope that he does... of any of the Dallas Stars,which,as a team,i dislike,i truly respected Mike Modano,and i enjoyed watching him play,even though it was painful,when he scored,against Red Wings... hope he comes to end his career,in Red Wings' red,and white,and plays with the winged wheel on his uniform,for a year... if he does not play in Detroit,i will respect him,as a player,and a person...
