commentary...

for the people who may disagree with my opinion that the Sharks are "ultimate choke artists",in the Stanley Cup playoffs, tough:let us look at team history, simply, the Sharks have been a very good regular season team, winning a President's Trophy, and upsetting the Red Wings, and the Blues,in different years, along the way,but they have suffered embarrassing exits, too, all before the second round,or in the second round... they have been to three Western Conference Finals,in their team history, but,i believe, they have won only two,or three games,in those series, getting swept,by the Chicago Blackhawks,in 2010,and losing to the Vancouver Canucks,in five games,in 2011... this is basically the same team, who lost to Anaheim, recently, after winning the President's Trophy,in six games... i believe that was in 2009... the fact is that the Sharks have the same team chemistry that they had,in years past, and players come and go,and nothing seems to change,in San Jose... they stock up with free agents every year, and where does it get them, year after year? simply said:nowhere near the Stanley Cup... the team is supposed to improve, but until a Stanley Cup banner is raised in San Jose, the front office is simply the worst front office,in NHL,and the fans will suffer(expecting the team to be good, and they do the mental dance in believing that it is their year, and feeling let down,by the team)... beating Detroit in the playoffs does not any good, unless you beat the other teams in Western Conference,to get to the Stanley Cup Finals... that is the ultimate goal of the team, and before you criticize me,about the lack of Stanley Cups,in Detroit, recently, let me ask a question:how many Stanley Cups have Red Wings won, since 1995? answer:four Stanley Cups, and two losses,in the Finals(New Jersey Devils,1995,in a sweep, and Pittsburgh Penguins,2009,in seven games),and how many Stanley Cup Finals' appearances, and Stanley Cups, have the Sharks won,in team history? answer:nil, nada, and none?
