injury update...

Philadelphia Flyers' Chris Pronger says that he should be ready for opening night of the season(October 6th,for the Flyers, against the Boston Bruins),because he has had two surgeries,on his right hand, which he says that is"80-85 percent healed",and a discectomy, which is an operation, which removes herniated disc material, from his back, that presses nerves in his back, and has gone through four operations,in a year's time(knee surgery,in off-season,last year, foot surgery,in December 2010,and hand surgery,in March 2011,along with the back procedure)... he is a tough player, but is going on 37 years old,so he may be starting to become brittle...
