with the talent loss,the Coyotes will struggle to be in playoffs.... when your team brings in three goaltenders,with little NHL experience,to fight to be in net... when your team loses Ilya Bryzgalov,to Philadelphia,and your team is known for defense first,your team is in very deep trouble... they have talent,on offense,but over 82 games do they have enough firepower,to overcome their lack of defense(over that same span of games)? they may score as many goals,as last season,but without Bryzgalov,will they stop enough goals,at critical times,with a goaltender(Mike Smith),who won only 13 games,for the Tampa Bay Lightning,last season... i would hate to be a fan of the Coyotes this season,because you(in general terms) will not know who will stop a puck,from going into net,at critical times... with the improvement of every team,in Pacific Division,the Coyotes,will be at bottom of the division,and sink like a stone,in the process,unless they have a miracle man,in net,and i do not see that happening...
by the way,they are still looking for a new owner,because the City of Glendale(Arizona),and the Goldwater Institute,are making it tough for the NHL,to handle that overall situation...
