Southeast Division breakdown-Winnipeg Jets...

the former Atlanta Thrashers team should get a fresh start,in Alberta, loud crowds, and a warm home... that is the good story,in this relocation of a franchise(moment of silence for Atlanta Thrashers)-YIPPIE,Winnipeg... the Jets have talent,in Andrew Ladd,Dustin Byfuglien,Tomas Enstrom, and Evander Kane... Ladd, and Byfuglien came from the fire sale that was Chicago,in 2010,but Byfuglien faded badly, after being named an All-Star,along with Enstrom,in second half of season... is Byfuglien the buffalo he was in the Stanley Cup run, with Chicago, and early,in Atlanta, last season, when he ran over everybody, and scored critical goals, for Chicago, and for Atlanta, early last season... last season,he simply ran out of gas, after the long Stanley Cup run,in Chicago, and the parties thereafter... he was not in shape to go long haul,in Atlanta, throughout the season, and he paid a heavy toll... i suspect that he will be hungry to redeem himself,in Winnipeg, and show the fans how well he can bulldoze the opposition, and be an All-Star,again... the two keys to the Jets, will be Andrew Ladd, who was captain in Atlanta, and signed a five year contract, and goaltender Ondrej Pavelec,in simply knowing how many games can he backstop,in net,for the Jets, this season, because he is a very good goaltender, that has shown flashes of brilliance in net... will Winnipeg contend for playoffs? no,however,it will be fun in the Great White North,in Winnipeg, and they will be a thorn in someone's side, late in season, because they have just enough talent and firepower to surprise a team,or two,but over the long haul of the season, they need more, and the tragic loss,of Rick Rypien will most definitely hurt,in many ways, most likely,in fans' love for the team, because Rypien was beloved,in Winnipeg, and in his native Manitoba...
